Please read this page before confirming your trip with LIFE on the PLANET LADAKH. It explains our booking terms, payment schedule, cancellation policy, travel insurance recommendation, and important notes for travelling in Ladakh.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your tour booking.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
Cancellation
More than 10 days before the tour: 30% of the total tour cost. 10 days or less: 100% of the total tour cost.
Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every guest.
Conditions
Routes may change due to weather, permits, road conditions, or local circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. However, Ladakh trips require advance arrangements with guides, drivers, accommodation, permits, and local logistics. For this reason, the cancellation terms below apply.

High Altitude Travel
Ladakh is a high-altitude region. Please rest well, drink enough water, avoid alcohol during acclimatization, and follow the advice of the local team.
Permits & Conditions
Routes and itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, permits, health concerns, or other local circumstances.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care, emergency evacuation, cancellation, delays, and high-altitude travel.
