Jour 01 : Lamayuru – Urshi , 6-7 hrs. Du monastère, descendez vers le village, traversez le ruisseau, puis, progressivement à flanc de montagne, atteignez une petite vallée que vous suivez jusqu’au Prinkiti-La (3720m).
JOUR 01 : LEH -LAMAYURU (3-4HRS DRIVE)- WANLA 3250 M (3-4 HRS) Nous partons de Leh le matin en direction de Lamayuru (3 hrs) le long de la rivière Indus à travers la vallée de Sham.
Itinéraire court Jour 1 : Conduite de Leh à Phyang, puis trek jusqu’à Phyang Phu. Jour 2 : Trek de Phyang Phu à la base de Lasermo. Jour 3 : Trek de la base sud de Lasermo à la base nord. Jour 4 : Trek de la base Nord à Hundar Dok.
JOUR 01 : Spituk – Zingchen (4-5 heures) Aux premières heures du matin, nous nous rendrons en jeep à Spituk, où des chevaux nous attendront pour transporter notre équipement.
