2010年にカルギル・デベロップメント・キャンプ, アイス・ホッケー & スケーティング・ラーン・トゥ・プレイ & リフリー・コーチング・キャンプが カルギル・アイス& スノー・スポーツ・クラブが招待したカナダからのエキスパート・フォーリナー・コーチのジェームス氏とメーガン氏によって開かれました。2011年1月7日から31日までパルギュ・チクタン・カルギル・ラダックで開催されました。 閉会式では、パーギブ・チクタンのカチョ・スキンダー・カーン王が主賓として出席し、パーギブ・カ・ジャファルのハジ・ムサ・パンチも閉会式に出席しました。主賓は、参加者全員とコーチに賞状とカタクを授与し、スケートを指導されたコーチ陣とキャンプを取り行ったカルギル・アイス＆スノー・スポーツ・クラブに感謝状を送りました。
